Hello, I'm Theresa Cooke, a certified therapeutic coach.
I understand how exhausting it can feel when anxiety, self doubt, overthinking, or difficult life experiences begin to affect your confidence, relationships and sense of wellbeing. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve us, unsure how to move forward, or create the changes we want in our lives.
My passion is helping women gain a deeper understanding of themselves, overcome the challenges holding them back and build a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling and authentic.
My journey into therapeutic coaching began through a deep interest in personal growth and emotional wellbeing. Alongside my professional training, I have experienced first-hand how powerful it can be to have the right support when navigating life's challenges. This understanding enables me to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences safely.
Drawing on my training in counselling, therapeutic coaching, NLP, EFT and hypnotherapy, I take an integrative approach that is tailored to your individual needs. Together, we will explore the underlying causes of the difficulties you are experiencing, identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
I believe that lasting change happens when we feel understood, supported and empowered. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as you discover your own strengths, gain new perspectives and create meaningful change in your life.

When I'm not working with my clients, you'll usually find me walking in nature with my dogs, spending time with family and friends, or continuing my own learning and personal development. I believe growth is a lifelong journey and I feel privileged to support others on theirs.

I have learned so much about how I work, not just the patterns I use, but I have a good understanding of why they have developed. With my awareness, I am much more able to think before I react and, I've learned to step back and leave things to process, as I now know I will probably respond in a very different way giving myself the space - I am so much less reactive and this is down to the sessions I have undertaken with Theresa. Theresa has helped me get a lot more clarity on what happens in my relationships. It's still a work in progress, but I am working on learning to say no to things, not just feeling I must/should do something, for whatever reason. Theresa has helped me work on the frustration I was feeling when dealing with difficult people and getting even more frustrated when they don't change. I now understand I can only change my response to them and although it's still difficult at times, I'm more able to let stuff go that I can't control, I wouldn't have been able to do this before.
